The Classic Creme Brûlée is made with local farm fresh eggs, Smiling Hill Farm heavy cream, and sugar. It is the base for all the other flavors.
Espresso
The Espresso is made by steeping Rwanda Been dark roast espresso into the heavy cream, and then adding small portions of espresso grounds to the final product.
Fruit of The Day
Fruit of The Day is made by taking fresh picked fruits from local farms and blending it into the Classic.
Strawberry
The Strawberry is made with fresh picked Maxwell Farm strawberries blended with the Classic creme brûlée.
raspberry
The Raspberry is made with fresh picked Snell Farm raspberries blended with the Classic creme brûlée.
Chocolate Sea Salt
A fan favorite, the Chocolate Sea Salt is made with rich 80% cocoa Belgian chocolate is steeped in the heavy cream, and given a pinch of sea salt for balance.
Seasonal Selection
Seasonal Selection is a very limited and special selection of brûlée using flavors from my personal garden, and local farms and vendors.
honey Lavender
The Honey Lavender is made by steeping lavender from my garden in heavy cream, and mixing and honey from The Honey Exchange into the eggs and sugar.
sweet basil & lime
The Sweet Basil & Lime is made by steeping Maxwell Farm’s sweet basil and lime zest in the heavy cream.
